Cookies are small files a website stores on your device. Some are needed for the site to work. Others are optional, and we only use those if you agree.
When you first visited this site we asked whether you were happy with analytics cookies. You can change your mind at any time using the cookie settings link in the footer.
Cookies we use
Strictly necessary. These make the site work, such as remembering your cookie choice. They do not need your consent because the site cannot function properly without them.
| Cookie | Purpose | Expires |
|---|---|---|
| hive_consent | Remembers whether you accepted or rejected analytics cookies | 180 days |
Analytics. These tell us which pages people visit and how they found us, so we can improve the site. We do not use them to identify you personally. These are off until you accept them.
| Cookie | Set by | Purpose | Expires |
|---|---|---|---|
| _ga | Google Analytics | Distinguishes one visitor from another | 2 years |
| _ga_[ID] | Google Analytics | Keeps track of your visit | 2 years |
Maps and videos. Our property maps use our own map service and set no cookies. Where a property has a video or virtual tour, it shows a placeholder until you click to play it, and only then loads from the video provider.
Marketing. We do not use marketing or advertising cookies.
Controlling cookies
Use the cookie settings link in the footer to change your choice. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though the site may not work properly if you block the strictly necessary ones.
